Succulent chunks of slow cooked beef steak in a rich onion gravy, combined with tangy Devon Blue cheese from the heart of the West Country. A deliciously different take on the classic steak pie.
Devon Blue is made in Totnes by artisan cheesemaker Ticklemore Cheese, who have been producing beautiful cheeses from locally produced milk for over 20 years. Devon Blue is made using Friesian cows’ milk collected from a co-operative in the South Hams and has a clean, buttery, rounded depth of flavour – a perfect match for our locally sourced slow cooked beef.
